PUSH-BACK

Combining SpaceRAK Push-Back rack framework with OEM carts and rails provides the ideal mix of compactness and product accessibility, ensuring maximum storage capacity, exceptional selectivity and improved throughput.

Pallets are loaded on rolling carts that are pushed back as more pallets are added. Gravity brings the next available pallet forward for unloading, keeping the pick face replenished so there's no need to reach or drive into the rack system.

CANTILEVER

Freedom from column interference makes it easier to store and retrieve products of all shapes and sizes, such as tubing, conduit and lumber.

Wide flange steel is used for columns, bases and arms, all fastened with high-strength bolted connections to ensure strength and durability.

DRIVE-IN/DRIVE-THROUGH

Maximize the warehouse cube while keeping aisle space and budgets to a minimum.

Drive-in racks allow vehicles to enter the storage area to place pallets in a back‑to‑front arrangement. This first in, last out inventory management design requires the operator to back out of the rack after pallet placement. Drive-in systems can also feature double-entry design, for greater density.

Drive-thru racks have two access aisles for loading and retrieval. Lift trucks can pass through the rack bay, placing loads on supporting rails from one side, and exit in the same direction. Drive-through racks are more suited for first in, first out inventory movement.
