Platforms & Mezzanines
- Heartland Engineered Products’ platforms and mezzanines offer:
- Advanced design technology for fast, accurate structural analysis and load calculations
- I-beam construction for greater durability and load capacity with fewer columns
- Bolted joints for easier assembly and long-term strength
- Design for IBC or OSHA codes
- The ability to incorporate extreme load capacities and wide clear spans
- Coated or uncoated ResinDek, bar grate, concrete ready, diamond plate or wood decking
- P.E. Seal and calculations for all 50 states, as needed
- A wide variety of handrail, gate and stair configurations
Ladders
- Available in straight, steep ascent and caged units
- Side stringers are constructed of 3” channel with welded 3/4” dia round rungs
- Cages are constructed of 1/4” x 2” ribs with a bottom loop flared out for easy entry and exit; Standard units up to 30’ available
- Standard safety yellow finish
- No field welding required
Stairs
- Select from a wide range of configurations and sizes
- Treads available in 3/16” black diamond plate up to 36” wide or 1/4” diamond plate up to 48” wide
- One-piece stringers are constructed of roll-formed structural channel
- Heavy-duty handrails are constructed of 1-1/2” steel square tubing; Inner handrails are easily installed 1-1/4” pipe
- Includes integrated brackets and landing mounts
- Shipped unassembled; No field welding required
- Standard safety yellow finish, with other colors available
Crossover & Catwalks
- Select from a wide range of configurations and sizes
- Treads available in 3/16” black diamond plate up to 36” wide or 1/4” diamond plate up to 48” wide
