Structural Steel Selective Rack

Hardware included for simple installation
Channel beams- Manufactured with a standard two-bolt, four-hole x 8” end connector which allows for 2” vertical adjustability
- Bolted channel: 3” through 8” channels available
- Available with pinned end connectors to attach to roll-formed frames
- 3" or 4" wide columns — light and heavy-duty options
- Offset kant-leg and step-back base options help prevent column damage
- Welded column reinforcements for added capacity and increased impact damage resistance
- Oversized base plates for seismic areas and increased capacity
Drive-in/drive-through
Maximize the warehouse cube while keeping aisle space and budgets to a minimum
Drive-in racks allow vehicles to enter the storage area to place pallets in a back‑to‑front arrangement. This first in, last out inventory management design requires the operator to back out of the rack after pallet placement. Drive-in systems can also feature double-entry design, for greater density.
Drive-thru racks have two access aisles for loading and retrieval. Lift trucks can pass through the rack bay, placing loads on supporting rails from one side, and exit in the same direction. Drive-through racks are more suited for first in, first out inventory movement.
SpaceRAK drive-in and drive-through racks feature:- Hardware included for simple installation

- Recommended up to ten deep per side
- Arms are tapered structural angle for clearance and strength
- Entry frames can be enhanced with offset or kant-back style bases
- Floor-mount guide angle or rack mounted rub rails for in-bay protection and vehicle guidance

Cantilever
Freedom from column interference makes it easier to store and retrieve products of all shapes and sizes, such as tubing, conduit and lumber.

- Various angles of incline for load retention
- Decked-arm shelves are available to support wire mesh, plywood or specialized steel decking
- Uprights up to 25’ or higher, depending on arm loading and length
- Aisle guidance systems available for down-aisle lift truck traffic in high-volume, heavy-duty applications

- Specifically configured based upon the load weight and type, and the types of pallets used, and pretested with your most challenging pallets

- Rail configurations can support a variety of pallet or load flow options, such as deep lane storage and shallow case pick applications
- Available in common depths from two- through twelve-deep storage, as well as others as needed
- Full-width lane rollers for inconsistent or odd-size pallets
- Skate wheel lane roller for standard wood pallets in shallow lane storage applications
- Entry guides help align the load
- Ramp stops at the exit allow for proper lift truck interaction
- Speed controllers create flow separation and prevent runaway pallets in deep lane storage
